I am a graduate of The University of North Texas (UNT) Ceramics program. After graduating in 2012 I have made functional ceramics along with teaching Middle School in Irving, TX for four years, and have recently come to work at the Chicken Farm Art Center as their production potter. I am an active member in the Texas clay community as well as a participant in various juried shows nationwide. I have two distinct lines of work, Cone 10 Soda Fired and Cone 10 Reduction, and and the abilities to create countless custom works. Please feel free to contact me regarding custom orders quotes and designs for your custom needs from the decorative to the functional.
I have apprenticed with Randy Brodnax, a career potter and clay teacher, been Studio Manager at Sugar Maples Center for the Creative Arts during the summer of 2014, and began working full time at The Chicken Farm Art Center in the summer of 2017, while having been operating my own studio the entire time. I am currently the proud father of three babies! One in High School and two in Diapers, and am an active believer in making to live!!
Thank you for your interest in my art!
